Mobile Primary Impact Crushing & Screening Plant
Mobile Primary Impact Crushing-Screening Plant is a portable single chassis solution to crush soft and middle hard stone types from large stone pieces into final usable aggregate size product.
1. Feeding bunker - is the beginning part of the equipment where product is loaded. Bunker equipped with strong vibrating feeder and grizzly system, perfectly removes all soil and dirt, sending clean stone product to the crusher.
2. Primary impact crusher - is a new generation crusher type for soft stone types. Working principle of the crusher by means of high speed rotating rotor with hammers, gives fine cubic shape output product.
3. Vibrating screen - is the sorting part of the equipment. 3/4 deck high stroke vibrating screen seperates crushed product into necessary fractions. Final product sizes are adjusted by screen meshes installed in the vibrating screen.
4. Main feeding conveyor transports crushed product from crusher to the vibrating screen. Conveyor width allows to transport full capacity product to the vibrating screen. Drive of the conveyor is performed by the motor at the head, which is connected to the main drum.
5. Feedback conveyor transports uppermost product of the vibrating screen back to the bunker to be crushed again. This feedback conveyor creates closed crushing circuit of the equipment, giving opportunity to crush all the loaded product until desired size received.
6. Bypass conveyor installed under the grizzly system of the feeder, allows to remove sand and dirt which came together with the loaded product.
7. Side stock conveyors are takes ready sorted product from the vibrating screen to the stock at the both sides of the equipment.
8. Front stock conveyor takes sorted product from the vibrating screen to the front stock. Front conveyor receives the product screened from the lowest deck, which is the finest product of the screen.
9. Side platforms equipped on both sides of the equipment gives ability easily go up to the loadplace. Also, this platforms are used for maintenance and repair of the equipment parts.
10. 3 axle mobile system gives opportunity to track the equipment into different construction sites after initial project is completed. 3 axle special system easily holds the total weight of the equipment during transportation.
11. Mobile chassis is manufactured from NPI profiles and have strong construction to resist vibration and shaking during production process and equipment transportation.
