Mobile Jaw Crusher
Mobile Jaw Crusher is a time-efficient, high capacity primary stage crushing plant with large input size and middle size output product. Constructed on a single chassis, mobile jaw crusher is highly preferred because of its fast installation, deinstallation and transportation ability.
1. Feeding bunker - is the beginning part of the equipment where product is loaded. Bunker equipped with strong vibrating feeder with grizzly system, removes all soil and dirt, sending clean stone product to the crusher.
2. Jaw crusher - is the main part of the line, which perform crushing process of the fed material into smaller pieces. Output product of jaw crusher can be used directly in road construction or processed again for more finer size.
3. Output conveyor - is the main conveyor belt which receives crushed product of jaw crusher and sends it to the final stock.
4. Mobile chassis is manufactured from U-profiles and have strong construction to resist vibration and shaking during production process and equipment transportation.
5. Upper platform is a special R&D solution to see and control feeding and crushing process of the equipment easily.
6. Side platforms equipped on both sides of the equipment gives ability easily go up to the loadplace. Also, this platforms are used for maintenance and repair of the equipment parts.
7. Pneumatic feet are used to lift up the front side of the equipment during attachment and detachment of transporting truckhead.
8. Foldable fixation feet - are legs of the equipment that are used to fix the equipment during the production period and fold back during tranportation. These legs are slightly welded to the metal plates prepared at the concrete foundation during installation of the equipment at the site.
9. 3 axle mobile system gives opportunity to track the equipment into different construction sites after initial project is completed. 3 axle special system easily holds the total weight of the equipment during transportation.
