Primary Impact Crusher

Primary Impact Crusher is a new generation crusher type, specially designed for soft and middle hard stone types. Design of the crusher allows to feed large stone pieces and receive ready usable aggregate product at the output. Working principle of the crusher by means of high-speed rotating rotor & rotor hammers gives opportunity to obtain fine cubic shape product at the exit, which is highly demanded by construction industry.

  1. Upper body - movable body part of the crusher, which is lifted up during maintenance and spare part change.

  2. Lower body - fixed body part of the crusher on which main rotor is placed.

  3. Feeding chute - used to feed the crusher without spillage of product.

  4. Upper impact plate adjustment set regulates the distance between rotor hammers and upper impact plates.

  5. Lower impact plate adjustment set regulates the distance between rotor hammers and lower impact plates. Upper impact plate opening is always wider than lower, as lower part is regulated to obtain more fine size product.

  6. Bearing house keeps bearings of the main rotor from both sides. As SERMADEN, we always use high quality SKF bearings.

  7. Hydraulic system - used for easy opening of upper feeding chute. On the other side of the crusher another hydraulic unit is used to easily lift up upper body of the crusher.

  1. Upper impact plate - adjusted impact plate of the crusher. It is adjusted from the outer of the crusher manually. Upper impact plate gives primary crushing size of the product.

  2. Lower impact plate - adjusted impact plate of the crusher. It is adjusted by hydraulic piston and fixed manually. Lower impact plate gives final crushing size of the product

  3. Rotor of the crusher - high speed rotating rotor of the crusher with its hammers crashes fed stone product onto impact plates and side liners.

  4. Rotor hammers are removable wear part of the rotor that receives the most impact of the crusher. Rotor hammers are specially manufactured from Cr-Ni alloy for long time resistance.

  5. Side liners are wear parts of the crusher that cover all side and back walls of the crusher. Side liners protect the body of the crusher from wear. Side liners are also manufactured from special alloy.

*** Special design of the cruher that allows large stone pieces convert into ready usable construction aggregate with only singe crusher. Double adjustable front pendulums allow to adjust output fractions and percentage of each fraction according to customer necessity.

 

*** Crusher body that can be easily opened out allows time-efficiently perform maintenance and spare part change of the crusher. Side liners, front pendulums and rotor hammer that can be removed with only single bolt, saves much time and effort of the user and operator.
