Secondary Impact Crusher

Secondary Impact crusher is secodary stage rotary type crusher, which is commonly used to break down middle size stone product into sand-gravel size final product. As usual, cubic shape output product of secondary impact crusher is directly used in concrete plants and other construction areas easily, thus it is more preferred for second-third stage crushing.

External Parts of the crusher

1. Crusher upper body - upper part of the crusher that is lifted up during maintenance and repair. This part of the crusher holds up/front fixed pendulums and ajusted pendulums of the crusher.

 

2. Crusher lower body - lower part of the crusher that is fixed to the chassis. This part of the crusher holds main rotor and feeding groove of the crusher.

 

3. Feeding groove of the crusher is used to feed the crusher easily without spillage of the product.

 

4. Rotating hoist is a part of the crusher that is used for easy spare part and rotor hammer change and maintenance. Hoist can be rotated in any direction, lowered down and lift up, so that user of the equipment can easily lift up and change heavy crusher parts.

5. Inspection hatches of the crusher allows to check internal part of the crusher when it is necessary. This covers are located in front, both side and back of the crusher. Also, side covers are used to measure closure between front adjusted pendulums and rotor hammers.

 

6. Adjusted pendulums are located in the internal front part of the crusher. These pendulums are used to adjust distance between pendulums and rotor hammers, that will result in output product fraction size and total amount change.

 

7. Hydraulic piston is used for easy lift up of the upper crusher body during maintenance, repair and spare part change of the crusher.

 

8. Flywheel of the crusher is used to connect the motor of the crusher to the rotor shaft by means of belt-pulley system.

Internal parts of the crusher

1. Rotor of the crusher - high speed rotating rotor of the crusher with its hammers crashes fed stone product onto impact plates and side liners.

2. Rotor hammers are removable wear part of the rotor that receives the most impact of the crusher. Rotor hammers are specially manufactured from Cr-Ni alloy for long time resistance.

3. Rotor shaft manufactured from 4140 steel bar, is a very hard and heavy-duty material type that can resist againt hard work temperature and working conditions.

4. Front and up fixed liners receive much more impact that side and back liners, so their cast shape and thickness is much different than normal liners.

5-6. Adjusted pendulums -  are adjusted impact plates of the crusher. They are adjusted by hydraulic piston and fixed manually.

7-8. Side and back liners are wear parts of the crusher that cover all side and back walls of the crusher. These liners protect the body of the crusher from wear and manufactured from Cr-Ni cast.
