Tertiary (Reversible) Impact Crusher
Tertiary Impact Crusher is the last stage crusher among rotary/impact crushers. Intended specially for sand making, this crusher converts middle size stone pieces into final sand and gravel. Working principle of the crusher allows to rotate rotor in both directions, which extends usability period of the hammers twice as normal.
1. Crusher body - forms a single welded box, holding all parts of the crusher together.
2. Inspection hatches allow to tighten-untighten bolts of internal impact pendulums.
3. Hydraulic spring rods are used to adjust pendulum set closed side setting of each side of the crusher. There are 2 rods at each side of the crusher, totally 4 in each crusher.
4. Rotor shaft manufactured from 4140 steel bar, is a very hard and heavy-duty material type that can resist againt hard work temperature and working conditions.
5. Rotor of the crusher - high speed rotating rotor of the crusher with its hammers crashes fed stone product onto impact plates and side liners.
6. Rotor hammers are removable wear part of the rotor that receives the most impact of the crusher. Rotor hammers are specially manufactured from Cr-Ni alloy for long time resistance.
7. Side impact plates - changable spare part impact plates of the crusher that cover both rotating sides of the rotor, which receive most impact during production process.
*** The ability of rotor to rotate in both directions extends both rotor hammers and side impact plates life twice as much as in other impact crusher types.
*** Symmetrical shape of the crusher distributes loaded product equally to both sides of the crusher, making all wearing pendulums and side liners wear out at the same speed.
*** Hydraulic pistons installed both at the front and back sides of the crusher gives ability to easily open crusher body during maintenance, repair and spare part change.
*** Compact shape of the crusher allows to install the crusher in all semi-mobile (wheeled), mobile (tracked) and fixed chassis construction.
